Home Trend is a home décor brand that beautifully crafts each décor piece with a touch of Pakistani-tradition that turns out a super success story created from scratch, owes its transformation to our digital marketing agency. We provided the spark that ignited the brand’s uniqueness: selling traditional Pakistani-style home décor items with international-standard quality.

Through consistent efforts, Home Trend was able to achieve consistent sales growth, expanding its business from online to open its very 1st physical store.

Challenges & Objectives

Home Trend was a new brand in the home décor industry, which faced multiple challenges including zero sales, the need to scale up to 5 million, finding winning products, lack of social media management, and absence of branding. With our extensive strategy, we addressed these challenges that helped Home Trend achieve its sales goals and establish a leading position in the competitive market.

Our Strategy

To drive Home Trend’s success, we implemented a strategic approach that involved extensive product testing and exploration of various campaign structures.

At the Campaign Level, we employed two types of structures: ABO (Ad Set Budget Optimization) and CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization), incorporating multiple creatives for increased engagement. Additionally, we utilized a CBO with a combination of lookalike, interest, and retargeting audiences, resulting in improved performance.

Our creative experimentation encompassed UGC (User-Generated Content), TikTok, dynamic, and carousel ads. Through continuous testing and refinement, we discovered the effectiveness of UGC content in addressing customer concerns, while dynamic and carousel ads provided remarkable success. As a result, we identified winning products, with the Markhor stick and nesting tables generating 75% of sales and enabling scalable growth for Home Trend.

Ad Results

Within just one year, we successfully transformed their revenue from Rs.0 to an impressive Rs.37,916,984, optimizing ad spending at Rs.2,927,800. These remarkable outcomes were achieved through our data-driven approach, targeting the right audience and leveraging effective advertising channels. Further, we achieved a remarkable Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 13, demonstrating the significant impact of with our marketing strategy & campaigns.

  • We achieved a 4.5+ ROAS on our Facebook ad campaigns, which means we earned more than 4.5 times what we spent on ads.

  • We generated Rs. 1,198,906 in revenue from our online sales, which was way beyond our expectations.

  • We received 486 purchases from our customers, which showed a high demand for our products.

  • We increased our brand awareness and loyalty among our target audience, as we received many positive reviews, referrals, and repeat purchases.
